What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept cash and most major credit cards.
Can I purchase tickets online?
We don't currently offer online purchases, but feel free to check our prices page so you can come prepared.
Are appointments required for encounters?
Time slots get booked up quickly so we strongly recommend making an appointment.
Do you have a season pass?
Season passes are available at the gift shop. Just ask staff if you are interested.
Can I purchase gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates, but they have to be picked up in-person.
Are you open all year?
We will close the petting zoo for the winter and reopen in mid-late spring. Encounters are available all year (by appointment only during the winter).
Can we bring our stroller or wagon?
Absolutely! Many families are able to get their wagon through the giftshop and down to the zoo area without any trouble, and we can open our gate if needed.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes we are! We have ramps and can open our gate if more room is needed. There is a slight incline down to the zoo area but it hasn't been a problem for wheelchairs or those with trouble walking.
Do you ever offer discounts?
We offer a discount to military and first responders. Follow us on Facebook to stay on top of limited-time offers.
Is the zoo a drive-through park?
No, we do not have a drive-through area. We have a gift shop and a walkthrough area, see above about wagons, strollers, and wheelchairs.
